The 31-year-old Merritt golfer is having a breakout season on the PGA Tour.
Sloan has played 11 events, made the cut in six, and had a career-best tie for second at the Puerto Rico Open.

His season earnings to date sit at $409,202 — and he’s looking to pad the bank account this weekend at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
What a way to start in round two at Bay Hill.
At the 7th looking at distance to sink a birdie putt.
Right down the middle and like it had eyes from 55 feet, put Sloan at two-under through seven.
He’d shave another shot off par for a three-under 69 in round two.
At five-under going into the weekend Sloan is in a six-way tie for third place — four shots off the lead shared by Tommy Fleetwood and Keegan Bradley.
