THE CHAINSMOKERS ANNOUNCE NEW SONG COMING FRIDAY: The Chainsmokers’ new video with 5 Seconds of Summer, “Who Do You Love,” is out now, but the duo will be dropping more new music on Friday. Drew Taggart and Alex Pall posed a snippet of a song called “Kills You Slowly” on Instagram, with a release date of March 29th. The duo is evidently planning an entire album release. On Twitter, they posted what looks like a track list for an album with all the song titles crossed out, except for “Who Do You Love.” The artwork seems to suggest that the project will be called World War Joy, the name of their upcoming tour with 5 Seconds of Summer. The full-length release is due sometime this year. The tour begins September 25th.

BTS SHARES ‘MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA’ TRAILER STARRING RM: BTS is giving fans a preview of their new album. The K-pop group released a video Wednesday of RM rapping the intro single “Persona” ahead of the debut of Map of the Soul: Persona. The “Persona” music video shows RM rapping in a classroom with a blackboard featuring notes about Carl Jung’s theory about the human psyche. He is later shown in the same room with graffiti on the walls. Map of the Soul: Persona is a follow-up to Love Yourself: Answer, the third and final installment in the group’s “Love Yourself” album series, and debuts April 12th. BTS will kicks off their Love Yourself: Speak Yourself world tour May 4th in Los Angeles.

ADAM LAMBERT, BOYFRIEND JAVI COSTA POLO GO INSTAGRAM OFFICIAL: Adam Lambert is Instagram official with his new boyfriend. The 37-year-old singer has shared photos with model Javi Costa Polo following dating rumors. Lambert posted a slideshow featuring a photo booth shot of himself with Polo. Another snapshot shows Lambert voguing for the camera as Polo makes a kissy face. “LUV U @javicostapolo,” Lambert wrote, adding a heart emoji. Lambert said while responding to a fan in the comments that he and Polo have been dating for months. “Honey, we have been official for months. IG isn’t the gatekeeper of our truth!” he wrote.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE-PRODUCED GAME SHOW ‘SPIN THE WHEEL’ TO DEBUT ON FOX THIS JUNE: A new game show Justin Timberlake executive-produced called Spin the Wheel debuts this summer on Fox. The show, hosted by Dax Shepard, gives contestants the chance to win huge cash prizes of up to $20 million, and is described as “a suspenseful, high-energy mix of pop culture trivia, strategy and simple whirling luck.” Gameplay features contestants deciding whether to “spin the wheel” one more time, or simply walk away. The show debuts June 20th. No word on if or when Timberlake will appear on the show.

LORDE ADDED TO LINEUP OF CHRISTCHURCH CONCERT BENEFITING NEW ZEALAND MOSQUE ATTACK VICTIMS: Lorde will be taking the stage for a Christchurch benefit concert to raise funds for the victims of the New Zealand mosque attacks. The singer, who has yet to speak publicly about the tragedy in her home country, will reportedly make a special appearance at the You Are Us/Aroha Nui show at Christchurch Stadium on April 17th. There will be two benefit shows: the one in Christchurch, and one at Auckland’s Spark Arena on April 13th. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Our People, Our City fund set up to help those affected by the March 15th shootings at two mosques that left 50 dead and 50 more injured.

MARC ANTHONY, ROMEO SANTOS TO PERFORM AT BILLBOARD LATIN MUSIC AWARDS: Marc Anthony, Romeo Santos and more are set to take the stage at the 2019 Billboard Latin Music Awards, which take place on April 25th. Becky G, Wisin, Reik, Anuel AA, Anitta and Sebastian Yatra will also be performing. The group joins previously announced performers Ozuna, Carlos Vives, Bad Bunny, CNCO, Banda MS and Karol G. The 2019 Billboard Latin Music Awards will be aired live on Universo and Telemundo Internacional from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Ozuna leads the way with 23 nominations.

SHAWN MENDES TAPS DAN & SHAY AS OPENERS FOR AUSTRALIAN DATES: Shawn Mendes has tapped Country duo Dan + Shay to open for him on his upcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand. The duo, who first crossed over to the pop charts with their hit “Tequila,” followed by “Speechless,” will join Shawn starting this October in Perth, Australia. They’ll also open for Sean in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. Some additional tickets for those dates are going on sale April 1st. Sean’s currently in Europe with opening act Alessia Cara. When the European and U.K. shows wrap up, he’ll head to North America for more concerts starting June 12th in Portland, Oregon. Alessia will open the U.S. dates on that tour leg.
