The biggest increases by neighbourhood came in Barnhartvale, Westsyde and the West Battle area. The home with the highest assessed home value was $1,857,000. It is located on Westerdale Drive.

Increases to the average assessed values were also seen in all of Kamloops’ outlying communities. The highest was the District of Lillooet at 20 per cent where the assessed value jumped from $177,000 to $213,000.
