Crews respond to wildfire near Lytton
LYTTON — Wildfire crews are busy responding to a four-hectare blaze near Lytton, the first significant wildfire of the year in B.C.
Fire Information Officer Jody Lucius says smoke is visible from nearby communities as well as Highway 12 and Highway 1.
“The cause is unknown at this time but we believe it is human-caused.”
