BRITNEY SPEARS AND WILL.I.AM LOSE LEGAL BATTLE AGAINST TULISA CONTOSTAVLOS: Tulisa Contostavlos has won in a legal fight against Britney Spears and will.i.am over their smash hit, “Scream & Shout.” The 29-year-old singer had been fighting in court for five years, claiming that she both co-wrote and featured on the 2012 song. Tulisa co-wrote the song with Will’s producers, which was originally meant to appear on her album The Female Boss. The producers then reportedly ditched her after decided they disliked her version, releasing it with will.i.am and Britney instead. During the court case, the court also found that Tulisa’s vocals were still present alongside Britney’s voice on the released version. Tulisa will now be credited as a writer on the song, winning 10% of worldwide publishing rights and income.

P!NK GETS SERVED LEGAL PAPERS REGARDING KESHA & DR. LUKE: P!nk got served while stepping out with her 15-month old son Jameson yesterday. The 38-year-old singer was handed the legal papers while leaving a building and heading to a waiting car in New York City, in a video obtained by TMZ. The documents reportedly involved Kesha’s ongoing lawsuit with producer Dr. Luke. P!nk has been an outspoken supporter of Kesha, calling the case “karma” for Luke and calling him “not a good person.” P!nk reportedly didn’t seem bothered while being handed the papers.

ED SHEERAN MODELS IN FRAGRANCE PARODY: Ed Sheeran got into the spirit of April Fool’s Day and showed off his funny side by posting a sultry photo of himself in the water on his Instagram account, as he joked about becoming the face of a new fragrance. Giving a smoldering look at the camera, Ed joked: “The new fragrance Sweat and Shame – coming soon.”
