“If that’s the case and it does become city property at the end of the day, or at least in trust with the city where we can run a museum, we are looking at basically extending the school grounds, and extending the park that’s beside the school, just to the west of the school, and kind of tying them together and opening it up where it becomes more of a positive space instead of having a space that looks like it’s isolated off with a fence.”
