Crash slows traffic on eastbound Trans Canada through Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — UPDATE: The crash site has now been cleared.
EARLIER: Emergency responders are on scene at a crash on the Trans Canada Highway in Kamloops.
The crash took place in the eastbound lanes of the highway at about 7:45 a.m., in the Dufferin area near Costco.
It’s believed only one vehicle was involved, and there is no word on injuries to its occupants.
Traffic is being slowed through the area, and eastbound motorists are advised to detour around the site using Copperhead Drive.
