Spooky doctors office highlights North Shore Halloween celebration

“I like to do fun things for patients,” Dr. Hollman explained, in regards to her extensive decorating. “It creates a fun atmosphere at the office, and I find Halloween thoroughly enjoyable.”

It’s an annual tradition for the Doctor and her staff, and the office is known throughout the community for her halloween spirit

“She’s famous for it,” said North Shore Business Association Executive Assistant Kelsey Ablett told CFJC Today.

It’s all part of the North Shore Business Improvement Associations Treat Street celebration, which is a family friendly event, where participating businesses hand out candy to trick or treaters. and are judged on their halloween spirit.

“It’s a way to decorate their business, and [the NSBIA] comes by on Halloween… we’re going to judge the decorations,” Ablett added.

Back at the haunted office of Dr Hollman, there are plenty of creepy surprises for those trick or treaters, but her favourite has to be the little eyeless girl on the swing

“It’s probably one of the most creepy ones,” Dr Hollman said, with a laugh.

Halloween Treat Street takes place from 3-5pm on Monday October 31st, at participating businesses on Tranquille Rd. in North Kamloops.
