PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Penguins say star forward Sidney Crosby has been diagnosed with a concussion and will miss Game 4 of their series with Washington on Wednesday.
Crosby left Monday’s playoff game after being cross-checked in the face by Capitals defenceman Matt Niskanen.
