GEORGE CLOONEY INJURED IN ITALY: George Clooney has been in a car accident. The crash occurred on the Italian island of Sardinia Tuesday, according to reports. The 57-year-old was rushed to the hospital after a driver cut across his path and hit him. He was on a scooter. After being treated for “a slight trauma to the pelvis and bruises to one leg and an arm,” according to La Nuova, he was released. He also reportedly underwent an MRI. (People)

CHERYL BURKE MEETS LONG-LOST SISTER: Dancing With the Stars alum Cheryl Burke revealed that she met her long-lost sister. The duo share the same father (he died in March). She announced their reunion on Instagram. “With my father’s passing came a lot of darkness but there was also a lot of light,” Burke captioned an Instagram photo of the pair. “I found my sister who I had never known. We recently met for the first time and it was such a surreal experience to walk into a room to meet and walk out feeling like we had known each other forever.” (E! News)

JUSTIN BIEBER GOT STEPHEN BALDWIN’S OK BEFORE PROPOSING TO HAILEY: Old school! Justin Bieber, 24, made sure his wife-to-be’s father approved of their marriage before he popped the question to Hailey Baldwin, 21. Sources tell TMZ that Justin and Stephen Baldwin had a sit-down several weeks ago. Stephen is a Christian minister (in addition to being an actor), and believes that the Biebs shares his values.
