Jennifer Gaffney and Rachel Hochhauser left after lead prosecutor Joan Illuzzi-Orbon told Weinstein’s defense team that NYPD Detective Nicholas DiGaudio withheld information about one of his three accusers. Last week, the D.A. agreed to drop the accuser’s case against Weinstein, though he is still facing charges that he raped one woman and assaulted another.
