JASON BLUM APOLOGIZES FOR REMARKS ON FEMALE DIRECTORS: Blumhouse Productions‘ Jason Blum is apologizing for claiming that a woman has never directed one of his films because “there are not a lot of female directors period, and even less who are inclined to do horror.” Blum’s mea culpa on Twitter: “Thank you everyone for calling me out on my dumb comments in that interview. I made a stupid mistake. I spoke too quickly about a serious issue-an issue I am passionate about.” He added: “We have not done a good enough job working with female directors and it is not because they don’t exist. I heard from many today. The way my passion came out was dumb. And for that I am sorry. I will do better.”

ROSIE O’DONNELL SELLING $6M MANSION AMID ENGAGEMENT RUMORS: Rosie O’Donnell is making some serious changes in her life. She put her country estate in Saddle River on the block for $5.9 million amid rumors that and girlfriend Elizabeth Rooney are engaged. Rooney is a police officer in Worcester, Mass., but they aren’t necessarily looking to move in together (they’ve been dating for about a year). A friend of The View cohost tells PEOPLE that, “she’s selling because she is living in New York City full-time now and most of the kids are grown and did not need the big house.”

GIGI HADID DOES NOT LIKE NAKED BODY: Gigi Hadid, 23, may get paid big bucks to flaunt her curves, but she still doesn’t like the way she looks in the buff. “I loved my body when I was curvier and then as I lost it people were still mean. Yeah, I know I’m skinny,” Hadid said at a Vogue conference. “I’m looking in the mirror, I’m trying to eat burgers and do squats. I want an a**, too. I get it, I got it, thank you.” She continued: “Some people are empowered and excited to be naked, and that is amazing. I wish I was one of those people, and I’m not one of those people, and I’ve accepted that about myself and that’s OK.”

TOBEY MAGUIRE STEPS OUT TO SUPPORT EX-WIFE JENNIFER MEYER: Tobey Maguire and his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer are still buddies. The 43-year-old attended the launch of Meyer’s jewelry boutique in L.A. Wednesday. The pair announced their split in 2016 after nine years of marriage. They reportedly looked like two peas in a pod at the event. Reese Witherspoon, Kris Jenner, James Corden, Demi Moore, Sara Gilbert, Rachel Zoe, Rachel Bilson, and Erin and Sara Foster were also in attendance.
