Murder trial starting for man accused of killing his girlfriend

VERNON — A North Okanagan man is going on trial for the death of his girlfriend.
Howard Krewson is charged with second degree murder in the shooting death of 51 year old Linda Ross in June of 2014.
The two had been dating at the time.
Ross’s body was found at a home on Trinity Valley Road in June 2014, while Krewson was found in the same area with what were believed to be self inflicted gunshot wounds.
