PARAMEDIC SET TO SUE HEATHER LOCKLEAR? Heather Locklear is about to get slapped with a suit from a paramedic who claims she viciously attacked him during a drunken episode at her home that landed her in jail, TMZ reports. Authorities arrived to Locklear’s home in June following a reported domestic incident and in the ensuing chaos, she reportedly punched a cop and kicked the paramedic who’s planning to sue. She has been charged with battery. The case is pending. (TMZ)

REPORT: EX-DETECTIVE WORKING WITH HARVEY WEINSTEIN TO BEAT RAP: Harvey Weinstein has hired an ex-NYPD detective to discredit his many sexual assault accusers, Page Six reports. Weinstein’s lawyer Ben Brafman is working closely with PI Herman Weisberg to dig up dirt on accusers. “Herman is the real Ray Donovan who is poking holes in [current DA] Cy Vance‘s case against Weinstein,” one source told Page Six. “Herman is a talented and ferocious investigator,” Brafman said. “But unlike Ray Donovan, Herman is scrupulously honest in the way he goes about his work.” (Page Six)
