KELOWNA — Seven people have been arrested and an alleged large drug operation has been shut down following a significant police investigation this fall in the Okanagan.
During the course of the 2-month investigation, police sourced out a West Kelowna-based drug operation that was responsible for supplying drug dealers and drug houses primarily in Kelowna.
On November 30th two search warrants were executed and turned up suspected fentanyl-laced heroin, meth, coke, excess cash, firearms and thousands in stolen property.
Police think the seizure is equal to about 342 thousand drug doses.
