KELOWNA, B.C. — Okanagan Lake has risen nearly three more centimetres yesterday, offering no relief to residents and emergency officials working to protect properties from flooding.

Emergency B-C says an evacuation order was issued for a number of lakefront properties Saturday afternoon.

Flood watches were downgraded to high streamflow advisories for the Slocan, Mission and Kettle River, while advisories for the Salmon and Nicola rivers have ended.
