JOE JONAS SELLING HIS SHERMAN OAKS HOME FOR $4.2 MILLION: Joe Jonas is turning 29 today and getting married – which means he’s ready for a new home. People reports the singer has listed his Sherman Oaks abode for $4.2 million. He’s lived in the four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate for about two years. The modern farmhouse-style property features a detached guest house, an extra-long pool with a hot tub and a movie screening room. Joe’s realtor Carl Gambino tells People Joe often buys and sells homes as an investment. Joe enjoyed an early birthday party over the weekend in Miami. He celebrated with his fiance Sophie Turner, his brother Nick Jonas and a huge bar bill. A source tells People that on Saturday night, when Joe and his party arrived at a club, they ordered more than $10,000 worth of Don Julio 1942 tequila, champagne and vodka.

NICK JONAS’ FAMILY TRAVELING TO INDIA TO MEET PRIYANKA CHOPRA’S FAMILY: Nick Jonas’ family is reportedly heading to India to meet his fiance Priyanka Chopra’s family. A source tells People that Nick and his relatives will be traveling to the actress’ native country for a gathering with her family, including mother Madhu and brother Siddharth. Nick previously traveled to India with Priyanka back in June. They attended a lavish pre-engagement bash for Akash Ambani, the eldest son of India’s richest family, in Mumbai. They also hit the beach together in Goa. The two reportedly got in engaged in July, on Priyanka’s 36th birthday in London. They have yet to publicly confirm the engagement.

BACKSTREET BOYS, BAZZI AND BRYCE VINE TO PERFORM AT MTV VMA PRE-SHOW: Backstreet Boys, Bazzi and Bryce Vine will all be performing live during the lead-in to MTV’s Video Music Awards on August 20th. The event – held outside New York’s Radio City Music Hall – will be hosted by, among others, Pauly D and Vinny Guadagnino of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. The event will also include a PUSH Artists Stage, where rising stars like Hayley Kiyoko, Jessie Reyez, Juice WRLD and PRETTY MUCH will perform. Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, Logic with OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder and Post Malone will all perform. Jennifer Lopez will receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and perform on the telecast for the first time since 2001.

BRUNO MARS ANNOUNCES NEW SPECIAL GUESTS FOR UPCOMING TOUR: Bruno Mars has announced the special guests who will replace Cardi B on the upcoming final leg of the 24K Magic World Tour. Cardi B was originally slated to join Bruno on the tour, but she dropped out as she is not ready to go back on the road after giving birth to a baby girl this summer. Bruno has been traveling around the globe on the 24K Magic World Tour since March 2017 and he will have made over 135 stops around the world when the tour wraps in November. The final leg of the tour will end in Bruno’s home state of Hawaii with a record-breaking three shows at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu. Ciara, Ella Mai, Boyz II Men and Charlie Wilson will rotate dates on the tour.
