KAMLOOPS — The B.C. interior is becoming a prime location for film.
The Power Rangers and Juggernaut are some of the movies slated to film scenes in the Kamloops area, and Maze Runner began filming in Cache Creek last month.

Thompson-Nicola Film Commissioner, Vicci Weller, said more location scouts are choosing the area.
“It’s been really busy because of the dollar exchange,” explained Weller.
“Our locations are on the scripts so we’ve had more of an opportunity … for them to actually choose us, which is really great.”
Weller said there are a number of other production companies making early investigations into the area as well.
