RHOC‘s LAURI PETERSON’S SON ACCUSED OF ATTEMPTED MURDER, DEMANDS $1.4M: The son of Real Housewives of Orange County star Lauri Peterson is demanding $1.4 million in damages because he claims his phone calls have been recorded and used against him in jail, The Blast reports. Josh Waring is in custody and stands accused of attempting to kill Daniel Lopez, who was shot outside of a sober living home in 2016. Waring is pleading not guilty. According to documents obtained by The Blast, Waring is claiming that at least 1,400 calls were intercepted; he is asking for $1K per violation, which adds up to $1.4 million. (The Blast)

SET TOO: The Comedy Cellar‘s owner Noah Dworman is responding to the furor created byLouis C.K.‘s first appearance onstage after admitting to forcing multiple women watch him masturbate. Dworman says he had no advance notice of C.K.’s appearance and was asleep at home when he hit the stage.
