BTS MOVIE ‘BURN THE STAGE’ IS COMING BACK TO THEATERS: BTS’ Burn the Stage: The Movie was such a big hit in theaters that it will be released around the world again for encore showings. Distributor Trafalgar Releasing said there will be encore showings of Burn the Stage: The Movie in 1,400 cinemas globally across 2,696 screens on December 5th and 6th. The U.K. release will be this weekend, followed by other territories over the next few weeks. There will be new screenings in the U.S., Australasia, Germany, Latin America and Indonesia, among other locations. The film will also have its debut in India. Tickets go on sale today. Burn the Stage: The Movie grossed $14 million in its original run to match One Direction: Where We Are’s record gross for an event-cinema movie. Now it’s likely to eclipse that total and earn the record.

ASHLEE SIMPSON & EVAN ROSS RELEASE ‘I DO’ ACOUSTIC MUSIC VIDEO: Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross recently announced that they will be hitting the road for the North American leg of their tour starting in January 2019 where they’ll be performing songs off their EP ASHLEE + EVAN. The duo also just released the acoustic music video for their ballad “I Do.” Evan and Ashlee celebrated Thanksgiving with his entire family on a float during the 2018 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

JASON DERULO JOINS ‘CATS’ FILM ADAPTATION: Jason Derulo is set to make his feature film debut in Universal’s upcoming film adaptation of stage musical Cats. Derulo will be featured in the film as Rum Tum Tugger, a rebellious cat who is never satisfied. Derulo joins an all-star cast that includes Idris Elba, Jennifer Hudson, Ian McKellen, Judi Dench, James Corden, Rebel Wilson and Taylor Swift. Cats is an adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s stage musical that is based on T.S. Eliot’s Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats.

LFO SINGER DEVIN LIMA DEAD AT 41: LFO singer Devin Lima died Wednesday morning after a year-long battle with cancer. He was 41. Lima’s mom, Filomena Lima, confirmed the star’s death and said her family is struggling with the news. “My son has passed away,” Filomena said. “His fiance was living with him and let us know that he passed at 2:45 in the morning.” “He was struggling for 13 months since his cancer diagnosis,” she added. “The family is not good.” Lima, born Harold Lima, was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal cancer in October 2017. His LFO bandmate Brad Fischetti announced the news in a YouTube video at the time. LFO released their self-titled, debut album in 1999, which included the singles “Summer Girls” and “Girl on TV.” Lima and Fischetti disbanded the group in 2010 after Rich Cronin’s death from leukemia, but reunited as a duo in 2017.

BRITNEY SPEARS RELEASES 2018 HOLIDAY COLLECTION: Britney Spears has revealed her 2018 holiday collection. The gear includes a limited-edition Black Friday black sweatshirt with a photo of Brit and the phrase “Holiday Spear-It,” ($44.95) as well as a set of festive “Merry Britmas” mugs ($14.95), a red “Merry Britmas” fleece blanket ($64.95) and “I’m a Sleigh For You” ornament ($9.95). Other items include colorful “Merry Britmas” wrapping paper ($24.95). After the holidays Spears will get back to work prepping for her second Las Vegas residency, Domination, which kicks off at the Park MGM in February 2019.
