Custody Agreement Reached with Angelina & Brad

Former power couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly reached a custody agreement over their six children following one of the ugliest splits in Hollywood history.

“A custody arrangement was agreed to weeks ago, and has been signed by both parties and the judge,” Jolie’s lawyer Samantha Bley DeJean said in a statement to Reuters.

“The agreement, which is based on the recommendations of the child custody evaluator, eliminates the need for a trial. The filing and details of the agreement are confidential to protect the best interests of the children.”

Pitt, 54, and Jolie, 43, separated in September of 2016. They were married for two years, but together for more than a decade. Jolie filed for divorce, asking for primary physical custody; in his response in November, Pitt requested joint physical and legal custody.

A trial date for the custody arrangements was set for December 4^th before a private judge. No details on how custody would be divided have been released.
