B.C. has the best unemployment rate in Canada- again
OTTAWA — The B.C. unemployment rate continues to be the best in the country.
While the rate in November climbed three-tenths of a point to sit at 4.4 percent, it’s still a full percentage point ahead of second-place Quebec, which is at 5.4 percent.
The economy as a whole in Canada created a whopping 94-thousand, 100 new jobs last month, knocking the unemployment rate down to 5.6 per cent
That’s the lowest jobless level recorded by Statistics Canada in more than 40-years.
