Police nab man for breaking and entering

KAMLOOPS — RCMP arrested a 40-year-old man Saturday after he broke into a garden shed and later attempted to break into vehicles.

RCMP members and the Police Dog Service responded to Anvil Crescent shortly after 1 p.m. a report of a break and enter in progress.

Later, the suspect is said to have tried to break into several vehicles on the 100 block of Columbia St W.

He was also reported to be walking by the backyards of townhouses on Sahali Terrace.
