KAMLOOPS — One of two men accused of killing a man in a Shuswap drive-by shooting five years ago has pleaded guilty.

Jordan Barnes of Mission entered a guilty plea to second degree murder in BC Supreme Court today in relation to the 2011 death of 25 year old Nick Larsen.

After a dispute between two groups of men in Sorrento, Larsen was driving down Blind Bay Road when he was forced into the ditch by another vehicle.

That’s when someone in the suspect vehicle peppered Larsen’s vehicle with bullets, hitting him several times and killing him.
