ALYSSA MILANO GETS TRIAL PUSHED BACK: A judge has agreed to push back Alyssa Milano‘s upcoming $10 million court battle as she recovers from the Woolsey fires, The Blast reports. The trial between Milano and her ex-business manager was set to begin January 22nd, and she was widely expected to testify. In court papers, she is requesting that the trial be pushed back to May 1, 2019. Milano and her agent husband David Bugliari sued her former business managers at Hellie, Hoffer and Company, LLP for $10 million, claiming they screwed up their finances and left them in debt. A judge agreed to her request.

EMILY BLUNT AND JOHN KRASINSKI BEG TO DIFFER: Power couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski see eye to eye on almost all subjects, except one. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter they discussed their careers, marriage and … getting together for the first time. Blunt said it was “probably me” in terms of who asked who out, but the Jack Ryan actor disagrees. “Yeah, right,” he rebuffed.

OLIVIA MUNN PHOTOGRAPHED WITH TUCKER ROBERTS: Olivia Munn, 38, appears to have a new man. The star was photographed holding hands with Tucker Roberts, 28, the president of Philadelphia Fusion, a professional Overwatch esports team. A witness told ET that the pair was affectionate, “holding hands, looking into each other’s eyes, hugging, and one point, Tucker put his arm around her.” Munn was last romantically linked to Green Bay Packersquarterback Aaron Rodgers. The pair split in April after three years together.

FRANKIE SHAW UNDER INVESTIGATION: The second season of Showtime‘s SMILF is set to return in just more than a month, and creator Frankie Shaw is being investigated over allegations that she violated an actor’s contract and mishandled sex scenes, according to reports.

MEGHAN MARKLE VISITS NURSING HOME: Meghan Markle visited a nursing home in Twickenham, England Tuesday to sing carols and take part in Christmas crafts. The nursing home is devoted to caring for people who worked in the entertainment industry. Markle, of course, rose to fame as a star on Suitsbefore marrying Prince Harry in May.
