The View alum’s 21-year-old Chelsea O’Donnell gave birth to a baby girl named Skylar Rose, Rosie announced Wednesday on Twitter. She shared an image of Chelsea, her boyfriend Jacob Bourassa and their baby Skylar, writing: “my daughter chels – jake – and skylar rose my first grandchild !!! #love #life #NANA.” Rosie and Chelsea have reconnected recently after a falling out. The pair have had a tumultuous relationship for years, with Chelsea accusing her of abuse, and Rosie accusing her of mental issues.
