VERNON, B.C. — Curtis Sagmoen has been ordered to stand trial on charges connected to an alleged altercation with a woman at a rural site in the North Okanagan.
The 38 year old is accused of pointing a firearm, uttering threats, and disguising his face with intent, at a rural property near Falkland in August 2017.
Police say the incident occurred near the Sagmoen’s farm on Salmon River Road.
The farm is where the remains of 18 year old Traci Genereaux were found last year, but no charges have been laid in her death.
