CFJC Midday – Kamloops Search & Rescue launches Home Base Campaign fundraiser for a permanent centre to help strengthen training and emergency response capabilities

Kamloops Search & Rescue has launched its Home Base Campaign and Filling the Gear Locker initiative, to raise funds for a new, permanent training and response centre. Paula Davies, Frank Pryce and Kylie Gibbard stop by to talk about how needed a new facility is to provide a dedicated space for volunteers to train, prepare for emergencies and coordinate search and rescue operations. This will help strengthen their ability to respond when the community needs them most.
