Britney Spears Vows To ‘Find A New Family’ After Alleging Mistreatment

Britney Spears took to Instagram on November 2nd, claiming her sister Jamie Lynn Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline made her “feel like a slave” during family visits. Spears alleged Jamie Lynn never allowed her to hold her daughter Ivey, and that Federline denied her access to a restroom while picking up her sons. “They made me feel like a slave and have all their secret things they did behind my back,” Spears wrote, adding, “I will find a new family!!!” The post featured an image of Dakota Fanning from the 2003 film Uptown Girls. Spears, whose controversial conservatorship ended in November 2021, recently released the song “She’ll Never Be Me,” co-written with Justin Timberlake.
