The DC Studios villain origin story Clayface debuted at No. 1 with $24 million from 3,458 North American theaters. However, A24’s Elizabeth Holmes documentary You Can See Everything nearly matched it, earning $19.5 million across 2,655 venues in its second weekend — a 28% jump from its $15.6 million opening. Directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, the $7 million production has now grossed $45.1 million domestically. Awards analysts suggest it could become the first documentary ever nominated for a Best Picture Oscar. The animated film Wildwood opened third with $11.2 million, surpassing projections. Street Fighter fell 72% to $8.6 million in fourth. Rounding out the top five, Wicker — starring Olivia Colman as a woman who falls for a handwoven husband — earned $5.75 million from 1,471 locations.
