Halle Berry is fighting a request to have her 13-year-old son, Maceo, testify in her ongoing custody dispute with ex-husband Olivier Martinez. Berry accuses Martinez of coaching the teenager, which his attorney, Patrick Baghdaserians, “vehemently denied.” The dispute stems from a Sept. 26 incident at Berry’s home, where Martinez alleges she choked Maceo. Berry denies any abuse, calling it roughhousing that became an argument. Berry is seeking to restore equal parenting time from their 2023 divorce settlement, while Martinez is pursuing sole custody. Berry’s fiancé, Van Hunt, was the sole adult eyewitness. A hearing is scheduled for Friday.
