Apple has launched the iPhone Duo, its first foldable smartphone, featuring a 7.6-inch internal display and a 5.4-inch outer screen. The device is also the thinnest iPhone ever made. Pricing starts at $1,999 for 256GB, reaching $3,199 for 2TB of storage. Preorders begin October 16, with shipping starting October 23, available in “star white” and “night sky.” New CEO John Ternus, who replaced Tim Cook on September 1, called it “the most transformational change to iPhone since the original.” The Duo supports Split View, dual-app multitasking, improved battery life, and iOS 27.
