“[Y]our parole was suspended as you were noted to be in a heavily altered state,” noted the decision. “A room search located large amounts of prescription drugs, THC and THC related products.”

The board notes Larsen has been more compliant since the suspension.

“However, with these concerns in mind, the board finds that since your suspension was cancelled, your behaviour has improved,” said the decision. “There are no indications of a return to substance misuse and you have agreed to the expectations of the Behavioural Contract with no risk relevant concerns notes thus far.”

This extension refines the wording of his release conditions to specifically stipulate Larsen not use THC.
