Daniel Radcliffe and Peter Dinklage have joined the Netflix animated film Steps, a new take on the Cinderella story. Radcliffe will voice the Prince, and Dinklage will play the villain Roderick, joining Amanda Seyfried as Cinderella, Ali Wong and Stephanie Hsu as her stepsisters, and Bette Midler as the Fairy Godmother. Director Matt Reeves announced that The Batman Part II will now premiere on February 18, 2028, nearly six years after the first film. The sequel features Robert Pattinson as Batman, along with Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Charles Dance, Brian Tyree Henry, and Sebastian Koch. A new Alvin & The Chipmunks movie is in development for a late 2028 theatrical release. Big Shot Pictures has purchased a 25% stake in the franchise through a joint venture. Dave Kendall, who created and hosted MTV’s 120 Minutes, has died, according to a post by his friend and later host Matt Pinfield. His age and cause of death were not disclosed, though he was believed to be in his sixties.
