New wildfire start reported near Cache Creek Wednesday

CACHE CREEK, B.C. — A small wildfire start has been reported just outside of Cache Creek.

The Cornwall Creek fire was still listed as spot-sized Wednesday afternoon (July 8), burning just west of the Boston Flats area and the Cache Creek Airport.

The BC Wildfire Service already suspects the fire of being caused by human activity.

No threat to structures has been reported as yet.
