Evacuation orders, alerts lifted as Saw Creek wildfire near Lytton now under control
LYTTON, B.C. — UPDATE (5:15 p.m.): The BC Wildfire Service has changed the fire status to ‘under control’.
UPDATE (4:45 p.m.): The Thompson-Nicola Regional District says all evacuation alerts and orders issued by the TNRD and the Village of Lytton related to the fire have been lifted, effective 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.
The ‘all clear’ affects 230 properties.
