KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops NorthPaws won their first series of the 2026 West Coast League (WCL) season.

The NorthPaws earned their first win of the season Tuesday (June 2) by defeating the Ridgefield Raptors in Washington State 7-3. Kade Crawford hit two home runs in a game that saw him go two-for-three at the plate with two walks and four runners batted in (RBI).

After a 14-12 loss to Ridgefield on Wednesday, the NorthPaws responded with a 9-7 win on Thursday to take the three-game series 2-1. Brock Grainger led the way offensively Thursday, going two-for-four from the plate, including hitting a two-run home run, along with adding a walk and three RBI.
