It is with regret that we announce the passing of Rose Moffat. 

A small family service will be held on May 22 at 2:30 p.m. at 513 Seymour St., Kamloops

A hand well played. 

We gather together to honor our Rose, The centre of all our highs and our lows. With nine cherished siblings she started her run, a lifetime of laughter, family and fun. Her heart was a home where her love always grew. And family was everything, this we all knew. 

To Robert, to Tracey, to Tanya, she gave a bond that is deep and a love that is brave. She leaves a grand legacy, vibrant and wide, with 13 sweet grands walking now with her pride, and fifteen great-grandchildren holding her light. A beautiful garden that shines in the night. 

Oh, how she loved laughter, and how she loved wit. With a sharp sense of humor where sparkles would flit. She’d sit at the table with cards in her hand, The finest companion that you could demand. At Cribbage and Scrabble, she played for the win, Chasing the points with a mischievous grin. 

From bingo hall nights to the scratch tickets bright. She found in the gaming a pure, sweet delight. Though her seat at the table is empty today. The joy that she gave us will never fade away. So deal out the cards and remember her smile. Our beautiful Rose, who blessed us a while.
