‘Jackass’ Returns To Paramount+ With Restored Original Episodes

All three seasons of the original Jackass TV show have returned to Paramount+ with “restored original” episodes ahead of the franchise’s fifth and final movie release. The series was temporarily removed from Paramount+ at the end of 2025 at Johnny Knoxville and the Jackass team’s request to “revisit and restore key creative elements that had been altered over time.” According to the streamer, refreshed episodes “now reflect the original vision” from the MTV launch in 2000. “In the time since the release of ‘Jackass’ 26 years ago, the television episodes had been re-edited, re-sequenced, and re-scored to the point they were unrecognizable,” Knoxville stated. The DIY sensation revolutionized reality TV through stunts involving live alligators, snakes, bulls and bears. The program streams now in the U.S., with additional regions rolling out soon. Jackass: Best & Last hits theaters June 26th.
