Conservative Party of B.C. leadership race heats up as Milobar makes final bid for support
KAMLOOPS — The race to lead the Conservative Party of B.C. is intensifying as candidates work to secure membership support ahead of the party’s upcoming leadership vote on May 30.
One of the contenders, Kamloops Centre MLA Peter Milobar, is campaigning across the province as he looks to position himself as a steady and experienced option for party members.
Milobar previously served as mayor of Kamloops before being elected to the provincial legislature in 2017.
