Fugees member Pras Michel has turned himself in to Federal Correctional Institution in Safford, Arizona, to begin serving a 14-year prison sentence. Michel was convicted in 2023 on charges of money laundering, illegal lobbying, and campaign finance violations. His rep called it “a painful day” and said his legal team believes his rights were violated. Story URL

Howard Stern filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit from former executive assistant Leslie Kuhn, calling it “a thinly veiled attempted shakedown.” Kuhn worked at Stern’s Hamptons mansion from January 2024 to February 2026. Stern alleges Kuhn “hatched a plan to extract a staggering ‘hush-money’ payment” and “manufactured a nonexistent dispute.” Story URL

Patrick Muldoon’s death certificate reveals new information about his health before his fatal heart attack. The 57-year-old actor’s immediate cause of death was myocardial infarction. Ving Rhames has been released from a California hospital after collapsing at a restaurant on Wednesday afternoon. The 66-year-old Pulp Fiction and Mission: Impossible star was dining with his family when he suddenly collapsed. Rhames’s manager said Rhames may have overheated but now “feels fine.” The actor is reportedly recovering well. Story URL

ABC has renewed its revival of Scrubs for a second season and the comedy Shifting Gears for a third. The Scrubs revival marks the show’s 11th season overall after returning to ABC following a 16-year break. Shifting Gears, starring Tim Allen and Kat Dennings, will continue after its second season ended in February 2026. Story URL
