LeAnn Rimes Cancels Concerts Due To Health Issues

LeAnn Rimes canceled upcoming performances in Spokane and Seattle due to what she calls a “severe illness.” The 43-year-old announced Wednesday she cannot travel or perform this week. Her Thursday concert at Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox in Spokane and Friday’s performance at Benaroya Hall in Seattle have been rescheduled for May 31 and June 2 respectively. “I am truly heartbroken to have to reschedule and I am so very grateful for your kindness and continued support as I recover,” Rimes wrote on Instagram. The health issues follow viral controversy over a jaw release procedure video she shared in March, which showed her undergoing treatment designed to release stored tension and stress.
