Gaglardi offers thoughts on 18-year-old players leaving WHL for NCAA, team-building strategies

KAMLOOPS — Some of the top WHL players are choosing to leave the league and join the NCAA ranks in time for their 18-year-old season. 


Kamloops Blazers majority owner Tom Gaglardi says in many cases that is not the best path for their development.
