Amazon MGM Studios has set April 23, 2027, for the wide theatrical release of its new Spaceballs sequel. The comedy continues the story that began with Mel Brooks’ 1987 sci-fi parody. Brian Cox again voiced more strong opinions in a new interview. “I’ll be 80 this year. F—k it! I’m gonna say what I want to say,” Cox said. He mocked Margot Robbie’s Australian accent while discussing her role in Wuthering Heights and criticized Quentin Tarantino’s directing style, saying, “With a Quentin Tarantino film, what you see is all Quentin Tarantino. Dee Freeman, known for her roles in Sistas and The Young and the Restless, has died at age 66. Her family said she passed away peacefully on April 2 after battling cancer. Freeman also appeared in Shameless, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Pretty. At her death, she was adapting her stage play Poison Gun into a novel. She is survived by her children, her mother, and siblings.
