Blazers suffer 5-1 loss to Rockets in game two

KAMOOPS — The Kamloops Blazers suffered a 5-1 loss Saturday night (March 28) in game 2 of their Western Conference Quarter-Final series against the Kelowna Rockets.

Blazers’ right wing JP Hulbert scored the team’s lone goal in the second period.

The Rockets had 49 shots on net through the game while the Blazers had 35.

The Blazers have a 2-0 series deficit as they return to home ice at the Sandman Centre for games three and four on Tuesday (March 31) and Wednesday (April 1).
