City of Kamloops adjusts sale price for four remaining Royal Avenue lots

KAMLOOOPS — The City of Kamloops has adjusted the price on four residential semi-waterfront lots along Royal Avenue to reflect an updated appraised value

The four lots – 581, 585, 589, and 593 Royal Avenue – are being sold for $369,000 each, with proceeds going into the city’s Land Sales Reserve, which funds other real estate opportunities. Those prices have changed from the original asking price range of $360,000 to $375,000.

According to the city, the lots are fully serviced with municipal infrastructure and are ready for construction. They’re also located next to the Rivers Trail and from other amenities like McDonald Park, McArthur Island Park, Overlanders Beach and the Tranquille Corridor.

“In addition to the new pricing, the readiness, location, and development potential of these lots provide an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to build,” said Linda Waterfall, the City’s Real Estate Supervisor.
