Taylor Swift’s “Opalite” jumps seven spots to reach No. 1 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100, marking her 14th career chart-topper. This ties Swift with Rihanna for third-most Hot 100 No. 1s in chart history, behind only The Beatles with 20 and Mariah Carey with 19. The song also represents Swift’s ninth No. 1 since 2020, extending her decade-leading total ahead of Drake‘s seven. “Opalite” becomes the second chart-topper from Swift’s record-setting 2025 album, The Life of a Showgirl, following “The Fate of Ophelia” which ruled for 10 weeks starting in October. The track’s surge to the summit resulted from physical sales of exclusive CD and 7-inch vinyl singles that shipped during the tracking week Feb. 13-19, plus a series of new remixes. “Opalite” sold 168,000 copies, drew 11.4 million streams, and reached 58.9 million radio impressions.

In other significant moves in this week’s Hot 100 Top 10, Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” rises two spots to No. 2 – while topping Hot Country Songs for a 13th week – as Olivia Dean’s “Man I Need” holds at No. 3, marking the first time three solo women rank Nos. 1, 2 and 3 on the chart since November 2023. Bad Bunny places three songs in this week’s Top 10, as “DtMF” drops to No. 4 a week after hitting No. 1, while “Tití Me Preguntó” falls two spots to No. 9, and “Baile Inolvidable” falls to No. 10 from its No. 2 high. Bruno Mars’ former chart-topper “I Just Might” jumps up four spots to No. 6, while moving up one place to claim No. 1 on Radio Songs after reaching an audience of 65.3 million. This marks Mars’ 11th airplay leader, matching Carey for the second-most No. 1s since the chart launched in December 1990, with both artists trailing Rihanna’s record of 13. Rounding out the Hot 100 Top 10 is Alex Warren’s “Ordinary,” which climbs one place to No. 5, white HUNTR/X’s “Golden” rises two spots to No. 7, and Swift’s “The Fate of Ophelia” climbs four slots to No. 8.
