UPDATE: Traffic moving again after multi-vehicle crash near Coquihalla, Trans-Canada intersection in Kamloops
KAMLOOPS — (UPDATE 4:15 p.m.): Traffic on Highway 5 is flowing again after a closure caused by a multi-vehicle crash near the intersection with the Trans-Canada Highway Saturday (Jan. 31) afternoon.
According to DriveBC the northbound fast lane on the Coquihalla has reopened allowing vehicles to flow though. The southbound fast lane has also been closed, it noted.
The details about the crash are still limited, but it impacted a one kilometre stretch between the Inks lake Road and Exit 362, west of Ironmask Lake.
