Travis Kelce reportedly in broadcasting talks with Netflix as NFL future remains uncertain
Travis Kelce is in discussions with Netflix to “serve as their exclusive broadcast sports correspondent,” according to an exclusive Us Weekly source. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end could earn “anywhere from $10 to $20 million” annually if he pursues television, The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand reported. Terms are “still being finalized, but discussions are well underway,” the insider said. Kelce remains undecided about retirement following the Chiefs’ season-ending loss Sunday. “It’s a tough thing to navigate, but at the same time, I think if my body can heal up and rest up and I can feel confident that I can go out there and give it another 18, 20, 21-week run, I think I would do it in a heartbeat,” he said on his New Heights podcast Wednesday. Netflix has expanded into live sports, broadcasting NFL games in 2024 and adding MLB streaming this year. (Story URL)
