KAMLOOPS — The Western Hockey League trade deadline is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Thursday (Jan. 8).

Kamloops Blazers’ head coach and general manager Shaun Clouston has pivotal decisions to make, with his club sitting fourth in Western Conference standings.

The Blazers are positioned well to return to the playoffs after a two-year absence and, as CFJC Today reports, they’re more likely to be buyers than sellers at the trade deadline.
